Please note: since each piece varies in gold weight and gemstone selection, and some material loss occurs during crafting, the initial quote is only an approximate range. Once completed, we will calculate the final cost based on exact gold weight, labor, and gemstone expenses.
Once every detail of your design has been agreed upon, you are invited to click the link below to secure your order with a deposit. Should your piece fall below our standard deposit of $1,000 USD, we will provide a tailored deposit link—simply stay in communication with us.
With your deposit confirmed, your journey of creation commences. It is our sincerest honor to craft a piece as unique as you.
Upon placing your order, we will first bring your design to life through a detailed 3D model, presented from multiple perspectives for your thorough review. Prior to final production, we welcome any and all refinements—our team will continue to revise until every detail meets your expectations. Only upon your final sign-off will we proceed to crafting.
The creation process typically spans 2 to 4 weeks, though the timeline ultimately depends on the intricacy of your piece. We remain at your disposal for progress updates at any time. (Please kindly note that once the design is finalized, significant alterations will not be possible.)
Upon completion, we will share a video and high-resolution images of your finished jewelry. Should there be any minor elements you wish to adjust, we are pleased to offer one complimentary round of fine-tuning.
Once your ring has been completed and meets your full approval, you may settle the remaining balance. We will email you a payment link for the final amount. Upon receipt of your payment, we will carefully and beautifully package your jewelry and ship it to you.
Please note that all custom-made jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.
